PE-UHMW (ULTRA-HIGH-MOLECULAR-WEIGHT POLYETHYLENE)

ISO-LEN® P is an ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene based on the proven ISO-LEN® 1000. By homogeneously reinforcing microglass beads with PE-UHMW, ISO-LEN® P not only achieves significantly improved abrasion resistances – especially at high machine speeds – but also optimizes the stiffness of the workpiece.

Applications:

  • Mechanical and plant engineering
  • Packaging and materials handling

Types:

  • Sheet material (panels, cut-to-size, turned round bars)
  • Finished parts (on demand)

Characteristics:
