ISO-TECH offers turned parts such as accurately fitting rollers and bushings for different applications. For example, guide rollers, track rollers or rope guide rollers can be made from plastics such as ISO-MID PA 6 (polyamide 6) or ISO-POM (polyoxymethylene) because these materials have excellent damping and wear properties and are very hard and impact resistant. In addition, they can be machined quite easily and therefore be individually shaped for special purposes. Sliding and bearing bushings are also often produced from ISO-LEN® 1000 (PE-UHMW) – if required also in a tempered and thus very low-tension version or with food approval certificate. In addition to its use in mechanical and plant engineering as well as in the packaging and conveying industry, ISO-LEN® 1000 is also used in electroplating due to its high chemical resistance.
